Appearance: [image in the works] An ghostly white girl with a speckle of light freckles and piercing red eyes. He long white hair is styled into tightly formed ringlets. She has long black painted nails and is almost never seen without deep red make-up. Her figure is that of a perfect hourglass, often clad in a relatively revealing dress which she tends to pair with a long cape and sharp stiletto heels.
Personality: coming from a wealthier than most family has caused her to become a bit of a snob. Though she is by no means high ranking in any way, she will act as though she approve it all. Her bratty, entitled attitude has driver many people away. Despite it all, she is relatively niave, not understanding life outside of the pleasures of what her parents wealth can buy her. This tends to make her easily tricked and manipulated, though the outcome is rarely good for the one tricking her. She is ruthless when it comes to getting her way.
Biography: As a child, she was found by a human couple covered in blood beneath the bodies of two who the humans could only assume were her parents. Feeling sorry for the girl the couple took her in. Growing up, she lived in the lap of luxery, with the ability to indulge in what many others couldnt, but she always wanted more. Once she had been believed to be old enough to move out, she threw a massive fit. This resulted in her killing both her adopted parents. Now in charge of a small villiage, she would turn it into a ghost town, slowly draining those she deemed lesser and enlisting those she liked as her personal servents. It has since been 171 years since she practically erased the small city from the map.
