The static ability makes it so outside parties are unable to comprehend the conversation within the meter perimeter. The perimeter makes a sound barrier that sounds like white noise to outsiders.

Function: Allure allows the user to mimic a sound that is pleasing to its target, creating a sort of luring effect that can draw the target closer. Though the target may be able to resist this as well. The sound, in essence, signals the target to come closer or can convince them to act. Higher sound affinity to block out or cancel the alluring song.

Within short range, they can identify the source of a sound perfectly. At medium range, they can venture a fairly good guess where the sound is originating from. At long range, detection can only be in a generalised area until they move closer to get a better idea.
