Kayne let out a small huff, and looked down towards the sweater. They have a literal curtain for the bear to work behind but they can't have a changing room? Man, this place is a zero out of ten. Get on it, fairies. Or not. Because Kayne wasn't going to be coming back to give a damn about it. The young warrior wandered to the bushes, giving everything a double check. He didn't need some perverted pixies peaking his pecks.
The armored arm came off first, revealing similar cloth bindings as his left arm. Then came off the jacket, and on came the sweater. He was happy he could keep his normal shirt on. The sweater was comfortable too. Weird, given it was made via literal claws. Mama Bearita was a dexterous gal, apparently.
"This is so stupid..." He muttered, creeping out of the bushes with a huff. His jacket was folded and the armor was rested upon it. If anyone touched it he'd light this whole place on fire. No way in hell he was sticking to this attire. He had an appearance to keep up! That appearance was depressing, and he had to stick to it, got it? Capeesh? What were we talking about again? Oh, right, fashion show. That dumb stuff.
Man who's idea even was this?
With a heft sigh, the young man set his stuff down and looked expectantly towards the fairy guide. His clear-blue gaze studied the arms of the sweater, content with it covering up his arms enough for him to not have to worry. It was certainly an anxiety reducer. "Alright." He huffed. "... now what?"

[smear:#98c0d6]"Well... Like all fashion shows, you get out there and you rock what you're wearing! You know, strike a few poses, show the clothes who's boss!"[/smear:#b892e2:3], she said excitedly. You know what, I'm glad this is working out, thanks for being a team player there, Kayne. Really making my day. Unlike several other people. Gosh darned mages and no following my story plot!
...
Ahem.
The fairie peeked out from behind a set of leaf curtains that parted in the middle. A tree stump walkway streaking out and wide enough to match a generic fashion runway. The sides were lit up with bioluminescent mushrooms of all sorts of colours. Though there seemed to be a ball of light overhead that had a large leaf cupped around to act like a spotlight and now it was on Kayne.
What was he going to do next?

Don't mention it. Seriously. Just don't. Ever, nebulous fourth-wall personality.
Kayne looked at the fairy with the same, dull, un-emotive expression as always. But, as her words rolled around in his mind, something started to click. The boy looked down at the sweater he was wearing and tilted his head to the side quizzically. "Show the clothes who's boss...?" He quirked a brow, then looked to the stage past the curtains. Back to the sweater. Back to the stage. Back to the sweater...
To the stage he went.
His expression was calm, with a quiet confidence to it. And he certainly didn't slouch when it came to his walk. It was simple. If you want to put on some sort of confidence when you strut your stuff- just stop giving a fuck. This situation was stupid, yes, and most certainly crazy. But you know what? Fuck it! The second he got to the end of the runway, the question hung in the air. What was going to happen? What was he going to do next? Under the spotlight, with all eyes on him and in a weird granny bears expertly crafted sweater, it happened.
The 'Fuck it' moment. And Kayne was not afraid to show off the power, the presence, as he struck a phenomenal pose. He used that quiet, steely gaze to pull off the one thing many fans of models loved world wide- The mysterious beauty. Kayne stuck his left hand to his hip and slid a leg forwards, arching his back while combing a hand slowly through his hair. The calm gaze, could stop hearts. as he held it, pealing back the soft, fluffy white-and-black to reveal the perfect pale skin hidden beneath. And then he sold it with a flick, allowing the wind to carefully brush it by.
The young man shook it back in order and shifted his pose again, really working it, showin' off what mamma gave him. And what Mamma Bearita had slapped him in. Really, his body type was a perfect fit for the sweater, and each pose highlighted the details of both his body and the piece of clothing itself. After he was certain he'd shown of Mamma Bearita's craftsmanship enough, he spun back and gave one final hair flip, strutting powerfully and confidently back to the curtains.
They wanted him to show the outfit who's boss, he showed it who's boss. Maybe deep down he was having a bit of fun with this? No, no, that would be impossible. Kayne didn't even know what fun was.

Oh my gods? Is this real? Is this really happening? Right now? Oh my gods, FINALLY SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THEATRE! I'm sorry,I'm getting emotional. I can just feel the slightest tear forming in my eye.
Excuse me for a moment.
...
...
Right. Ahem, now that we're back on track. Oh my gods. Of course, I'm not the only one living for it. The moment of suspense hung in the air for the Faeries if Kayne was going to rock their theoretical leaf socks off or ditch them.
A step through the floral curtains and posing like he was literally born for this, mayhaps he truly was, and this was just the start of his calling! Faeries were cheering, some even screaming as this absolutely scarrific hot shot was modeling off a beautifully knit vine sweater. The way it was made, it was almost impossible to tell this was made of plant fibers.
The initial Fae he met floated through the curtains, applauding him while she was entering.[smear:#98c0d6] "Bravo, bravo! You've made a few of them faint. Surely you're going to do more outfits?"[/smear:#b892e2:3], she asked excitedly.

Kayne returned back with a small sigh, having rocked their metaphorical socks off. This certainly wasn't, and would not be, his calling. And Gods only knew that once he was done with this, he was going to try his hardest not to get roped into something like this again...
But... it was kinda nice seeing them get all excited and what not. At least the young warrior could be content with making others happy.
On that note...
The young man didn't have much of a moment in the ways of rest before his original guide was back upon him. Eye's shimmering, expression hopeful. These faeries were masters in the art of guilt tripping. Kayne closed his eyes and sucked in a breath, letting it out slowly. "Hmph... I don't really have much of a choice, now do I?"
The corners of his lips tugged ever so slightly, threatening to smirk. That simple sign was the only tell that he wasn't too upset by this. For now, it seemed as though Kayne was fine with going along with these shenanigans. "I'll take the wood armor this time around." He stated, calmly sauntering past the Faerie guide to the clothing option, and back to the bushes to get prepared.
For the sake of keeping the story moving, and for the sake of the dear narrator, Kayne didn't take too long getting dressed. It was armor after all, so of course a warrior like him would have some expertise in donning it quickly. This time, upon exiting to the stage, Kayne took a different form. He was slow, stoic, noble- but in a way that was clearly exaggerated for show.
Doing this, for once in his life, his resting face worked to his advantage. Instead of a cold, dead glare, it came off more like a smoldering gaze. The calm expression accented the noble appearance as the young man's beautiful eyes swept the crowd. Kayne's light footwork glided him across the stage, chin up, showing off every detail of the clothing Mama Bearita had worked tirelessly to create. Who would wear it? Who would buy it? Who cares! This was all for the fun of the fae, and for the satisfaction of the sweet old granny bear. That's all that truly mattered.

[smear:#98c0d6]"Oooooh! I knew you were going to be the one we needed for this!"[/smear:#b892e2:3], the faerie said, more than pleased with themselves and clapping excitedly. The faerie turned around to float back through the curtains and settling near the stage's entrance of the catwalk. Front row seats for something this grand was well deserved, I say.
The faeries that haven't fainted surely have by now, making a sound like he was a heart-throb knight of their sparkling dreams. The wood armour was accented beautifully with stylised carvings that looked like antlers or tree branches, depending on the viewer. Rounded green orbs fashioned at vital points within these carvings, but making it vibrant all the same. This man could make anything work with how hard he was trying.
Aw look at him. Our pet rock son is growing up and learning how to be happy! If only things could stay like this forever! But unfortunately, I cannot tell a story for that long. And it makes my heart weep, to have someone so wonderful to finally play along with my script. I could weep as much as those faeries are right now at how beautiful this moment is!
The faeries that were not unconscious begged for more. Oh, at least one more outfit! Encore, encore!

Kayne waited until he was back behind the curtains to release a sigh. One more, that's all they wanted. As long as he wasn't kept here all year, he could bare to do this just one more time. The problem was, pretty much everything left were suits. Kayne hated suits. He made a small face as he walked down the selection, trying to pick one of the dreaded monkey suits. It hurt his soul having to be dropped into formal wear, but after some mild deliberation, the young warrior settled for one of the ones colored the darkest.
Back to the bushes, the young man doffed the armor and donned the suit. Cloth bound hands straightened out the collar and with a deep inhale, he approached the curtains again. Back to it, I suppose. Kayne flung open the curtains and returned to the stage. Chin up, and his steely gaze directed towards the remainder of the crowd, Kayne skulked the stage in a calm, cool headed manner. Each footstep was deliberate, posture and pose perfect and proper. It was almost intimidating, his aura cool and collected.
Step after step, Kayne made his way to the end, where like before he gave the faeries a show of it, fingers combed through his hair with equal measures of slow and deliberate movements. That smoldering gaze was back, his eyes like shimmering steel, fierce and dominant. He stepped to the side, turned, stepped again, repeating these motions to properly show every bit of the suit for the remainders of the conscious crowd.
And then as soon as the show had begun, with a (slightly sassy) flip of his hair, the warrior skulked back to the crowd, throwing the curtains back with wild flair as he spun one last gaze to the crowd, giving them one final look before it once again was obscured by the curtain.
Oh fuck I hope that's it.
Kayne pressed his hand to his chest and leaned up against a tree as he sucked in heavy breaths. The young man needed to collect himself after that showing. Listening intently to the crowd, the boy gauged his performance, in hopes that he'd performed to expectations as well as hopefully gave them all an encore they'd never forget. Hopefully he didn't have to go back out, because he was heading back to his regular clothes to get dressed again. Besides, he already burned his idea for the suit, there's no way he could think of anything else for all the countless others.
Please, mercy.

Well, if he hadn't slain the entirely population of faeries earlier, he certainly did now. The faeries were wither fainting or screaming at the black and white haired heartthrob. Even Madame Beatrice seemed to fan herself when seeing Kayne in a suit. The young man was good looking in any attire he wore and Madame Beatrice was more than happy with how this turned out. After the faeries seemed to recover from their faint-fest, the initial guide and Madame Beatrice entered the backstage, both seemingly relatively pleased with the show. [smear:#98c0d6]"Ohhh, bravo bravo!"[/smear:#b892e2:3], the faerie said, clapping as they entered. Madame Beatrice gave a few nods and a couple approving grunts. [smear:#98c0d6]"You were absolutely stellar! Ooh, Madame Beatrice was thrilled to bits! She actually has a small gift for you and hopes you enjoy it during your travels!"[/smear:#b892e2:3] Madame Beatrice gave a grunt and a nod before stepping forward raising her paws to reveal a flower crown woven in a way that the stems were only visible in the ring and the flowers itself covering the stems on the outer side of the crown. Weapon Name: Elemental Flower Crown Type: Blessed Power: Explosive Elemental Baubles Description: A colourful flower crown where each flower glows in an array of colours that hint at the elemental type and has two flowers per elemental type. When used, the flowers return to a budding state on cooldown. When in full bloom, the middle of the flower has a bauble in the middle to let the user know it has something ready for use. The baubles when used can be thrown to a target or surface and explode for a small AoE elemental attack. The cooldown to use the same bauble is once per topic, as it takes time to recharge. The item is soulbound to the person it's given to and will not work if given to a new owner.
The flowers arranged in the crown are as follows:
Colour - Element - Damage Type Red - Fire - Burn Blue - Ice - Freezing/Minor Immobilization Yellow - Electricity - Stun Purple - Chaos - Minor Hysteria Black - Shadow - Minor Ensare White - Light - Minor Blinding Green - Earth - Explosive Small Crystal Cluster Pink - Arcane - Mana Dampening (-20 PT mana) Periwinkle - Wind - Minor Knockback
Owner: Kayne (Soulbound)
