Astral Plane

The central point of all the Divine realms, it is the source of true arcane magic. The realm itself is a maddening storm of magic in its rawest form, the only safe haven being a fragmented library that seems to float in the aimless realm. The sky around is constantly shifting in colour and pattern, spots opening and closing that lead into other realms or areas of Avalon's physical plane.
