Spell Name: Seraph's Blade Spell Main Element: Arcane Spell Sub Elements: Varied Affinity Strength: 9 Function: Focuses the castor's magic heavily into their hands, making a longsword out of pure arcane magic. Extremely powerful, it is linked to the castor's respective element, and can cut through extremely tough materials. This drains the castor extremely, leaving the character extremely weakened for a long amount of time, making all of their magic extremely weak Availability: Exclusive to Michael Grant Nailo

Patterns, people around him, and what's close to him. While this doesn't help the caster figure out what to do, it helps them figure out what's around them. Rework Idea for Seraph's Blade
Spell Name: Seraph Song
Spell Main Element: Arcane
Spell Sub Elements: Varied
Affinity Strength: 9 (costs 32 mana, 4 for each chord)
Function: The castor creates eight 'chords' of the Seraph's Song, each made out of the castor's respective element. Each chord works is heavily coated in arcane magic, giving it almost a sentience, giving it the ability to do tasks akin to a 'melody'. There are three melodies:
Melody of the Paladin: The chords are shaped into almost shields, each moving to protect the castor from ranged attacks and magic. All of the chords together can block one affinity 9 spell, though destroying all of the chords in the process. These move on their own without the castor having to act upon them.
Melody of the Rogue: The chords are shaped into small disks, acting almost like jumping points or footholds, giving the castor a wide range of maneuverability and options. These have no use defensively or offensively, and can be destroyed with minimal effort.
Melody of the Maverick: The chords are shaped into swords, each acting on the castor's actions and attacking along with the castor. This requires the castor to be able to move and control where the blades go, and as such requires more concentration than the previous melodies. If the castor takes damage, it can cause all eight chords to dissipate.
The chords, when broken, can be remade, each costing more mana to do so. When the castor uses the spell, they pick one melody to start, requiring eight mana to switch to another melody. When using Seraph's Song, the user cannot use any other magic, save for during the Melody of the Rogue, where spells are half as powerful/effective. When all chords are destroyed, the castor cannot use any magic for a few minutes, and would have to completely recast the spell all over again.

Melody of the Paladin: make it so that it can block affin 9 spells and then break, 10 will only absorb a portion of an affin 10 spell but will not completely take the hit, only reduce the total amount taken (mod note: up to 1/3 an affin 10 spell).
