For clarification, you may put your character in one of four instances at any given time. These instances are IC topics - topics that are within labeled territories of the board ICly, Training topics - where you can train up your spells or inventions so you are capable for using them in any topics made after the trainings have been approved, in the alternating streamlines for AU plots and stories, or in Event topics - which exists outside of the IC time stream and is available when the events are active.
You cannot have a character in multiple IC topics outside of these four areas.
Edit: If a person you are in an interaction with has not post within the span of 3 days be it character development topic or fight topic or what have you:
-Fights are automatically won by the active party, a moderator will complete the topic and give rewards to the winner(s).
-Inactive characters are to be assumed they have left for a sudden reason, freeing up the active persons in question.
-Training topics will give an automatic completion, with a bonus spell at level 1-3 as a reward.
--This will scale up in amount of spells gained depending on the number of spells casted.
