Character Name: Zedd Kastan
Elements: Lightning
Elemental Affinity: 7
Invention Name: Lightning Gauntlets "Spazz Hands"
Curator: Drake Kastan
Description: Special gauntlets made specifically for Drake's young son to help him control and amplify his wildly unstable electromancy (and to keep the damn kid from continuously shocking himself over and over again). They have a brass coloration and two gemstone like spheres implanted in both the palm and upon the back of the hand. The upper half has a sleek, teardrop shape, domed around the arm and hand like a small shield, while the normal gauntlet portion has no special design. The "gems" focus electricity through them, making it easier to wield and control. After the success of the original gauntlet design, Drake put a different variation of them into public production, just without the same ornate designs he gave to his beloved idiot son.
Maximum number produced: 1
Affinity Strength Required: 4
Availability: This specific model is exclusive to Zedd
Spell name: [Passive] Wild Electricity
Spell Main Element: Lightning
Affinity Strength: 1
Function: Due to the nature of electricity, the mage is unable to properly control their magic unless something is used to channel and focus the magic, causing their spells to run wild, potentially to to benefit or detriment of the mage. Spells cast are highly inaccurate, or simply burst in a random radius of unpredictable shocks. Experienced or gifted mages can train themselves to mitigate this effect without the use of equipment.
Availability: Open
Spell name: Bolt Bend
Spell Main Element: Lightning
Affinity Strength: 1
Function: Instead of drawing electricity from ones self, a caster takes a separate source or attack, and redirects it onto a new target, protecting an ally or avoiding damage themselves. However, a mage can only do this on attacks that are less than or equal to their own magical affinity, a level higher a mage struggles but it is possible. Anything higher and a mage cannot redirect the attack, no matter how hard they try.
Availability: Open
Spell name: Shock
Spell Main Element: Lightning
Affinity Strength: 1
Function: The caster holds their hand out to unleash sparks of lightning from their fingertips. The lightning itself cant be directed at a specific target, but more in a general direction towards the target unless the target has conductive metals on them.
Availability: Open
Spell name: Command the Storm
Spell Main Element: Lightning
Affinity Strength: 5
Function: The caster harnesses raw electricity from either themselves or from outside sources and focuses it into one, powerful lightning bolt attack. This ability requires intense concentration, and any falter can cause the attack to fly off wildly in a different direction, or descend into a shattered collection of random, barely effective shocks. The attack is more likely to hit if the target is wearing conductive metals.
Availability: Open
Spell name: Strikedown
Spell Main Element: Lightning
Affinity Strength: 4
Function: The user channels their magic and focuses on a target for lightning to come from the sky and strike onto the enemy. Lightning it more guaranteed to strike an opponent wearing conductive metals, are airborne, or are in high places compared to the caster.
Availability: Open
Spell name: Electrodominance
Spell Main Element: Lightning
Affinity Strength: 3 at base
Function: Caster unleashes a violent storm of electricity around themselves, or directs it in a wide, uncontrollable burst in the general direction of a target. Lightning is more guaranteed to strike an opponent wearing conductive metals. The cluster of electrical strikes and its range is determined by affinity strength.

3- Short range, Average cluster
5- Mid range, Average cluster
7- Mid range, High cluster
