Ze is a normal human woman for all intents and purposes save for the crystalline structure shaped like an eye set into the center of forehead. She has long blonde hair and a slender bodice, accentuated by subtle, supple curves and punctuated by the white tunic dress she wears, which is held together by a small gold brooches inlet with pearls.
Personality: Ze is a highly focused and reserved individual with very little time or regard for funny business in the form of jokes, or other shenanigans. She takes her role as an Oracle very seriously and refuses to answer questions if the correct rituals are not observed prior to being contacted for guidance. She takes great joy in helping others for the sake of the greater community as a whole. When all tasks at hand are taken care of and squared away, she will relax on the rare occasion with a cup of tea and a seat with a view.
Biography: Born of unknown means and circumstance, Zelina was essentially brought up in an orphanage, never knowing who her parents were or where she came from, facts that somehow allude her into adulthood, despite her abilities as a prophetic Oracle, able to peer into the past and future of those who ask her to do so, given her special fees are met and she is not under any type of threat, as stress weakens her abilities. Realizing early on the potential for good her abilities could be used for in service of her people as a whole, after aging out of the system, she quickly became a self employed Seer, making her living telling fortunes and for the right price, futures out of her humble home a little open hut she build on the shore of Lake Regalia, a place she can be left in peace, knowing that those who come to see her, have made the journey for a reason. She leaves her isolated home on occasion to gather supplies from the city but is otherwise focused on her studies of her abilities, other Oracles and completing journals based on her knowledge of the timeline, as well as her spontaneous predictions of the future and mystifying visions of the past.
Equipment: Eye of the Oracle, when removed from her face, it can be used to see choice dependent futures, or peer into the past as needed, though not without significant power drain.
Occupation: Seer, if one makes the trip to her abode, they will be greeted kindly and asked for a token of sacrifice before she can deliver her services, rarely only accepting actual money and normally accepting a wide number of tributes, as long as they have a certain amount of personal significance to her solicitor.
