Personality: A calm stoic individual, with a stare that reads and understands more than it seems. Ricky talks with a low tone, an artificial change through a voice box that distorts it ever so slightly.
He doesn't show his hand, and is incredibly difficult to read and understand. The only certainty to be seen is that if he says something, he means it. 100% honesty, even the whitest of lies will be corrected and fixed. And he quite hates liars.
Biography: Ricky was an old gang-banger back when he was a teenager, rising the ranks and doing dastardly things until when he reached an age where he had a retrospective look and realized his misdeeds. He then took to working on and changing himself and the world he's created.
So he destroyed the gang he was a part of from the inside out, killing off those who wouldn't join him and left to greener pastures. His gang would then clean town from town, removing crime syndicates and groups and taking the leftovers when the dust settles to continue doing so.
The name "Ricky the Equalizer" was thrown around for a couple years as he worked up his gang from a group of hundreds to a select fifty. Testing loyalty and breaking those who wouldn't keep to the "straight and narrow".
He's still a gang-banger, but this time with good intentions.
Equipment: Gloves encrusted with what seem like bones on the knuckles and the top end of his hand, and a helmet of a skull with Death engraved on the top.
A two piece suit, blue velvet with a white shirt. Black dress shoes.
A small piece of what looks like a spine, connected and suffused with a Medium sized Arcane Core, attaching to the small of his back. When idle, boney hands extend out of it and grab around the biceps of Ricky. When activated, the core hums, two skeletal arms extending outward, acting like another pair of limbs for Ricky. Requires recharging.
